Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between the buyer (“Customer”) and Maison Pati (“Seller”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By placing an order on our website (maisonpati.com), you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Customer, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and Distance Sales Regulations.

2. Products and Pricing

Product details and prices are displayed on our website. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely via approved payment providers. The Customer agrees to provide accurate billing and payment information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times may vary depending on location, stock availability, and shipping conditions.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (used pet accessories, personalized items, etc.) are excluded unless unused and unopened.

6. Returns and Refunds

If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in unused, undamaged condition.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

7. Seller's Obligations

The Seller is responsible for delivering the product as described, securely packaged, and within the promised timeframe.

8. Customer's Obligations

The Customer must provide accurate information and inspect the product upon delivery.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts are authorized.
